ETHAAR INC. VOLUNTEER NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Ethaar Inc. ("Organization"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the undersigned volunteer ("Volunteer"). 1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION As a volunteer, you may have access to confidential and sensitive information about the Organization's clients, families, donors, staff, operations, and programs. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to: • Personal identifying information of clients and their families (names, addresses, phone numbers, immigration status, etc.) • Case files, intake records, and service histories • Medical, mental health, or substance abuse information • Financial information of clients, donors, or the Organization • Internal policies, procedures, and strategic plans • Donor lists and donation records • Any other information not publicly available 2. NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS The Volunteer agrees to: • Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential during and after the volunteer period • Not disclose, share, copy, or distribute Confidential Information to any third party • Not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than performing volunteer duties • Not discuss client information in public spaces or with unauthorized individuals • Immediately report any suspected breach of confidentiality to Organization staff 3. PRIVACY AND RESPECT The Volunteer agrees to: • Treat all clients, families, and staff with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity • Not take photos or videos of clients or their families without explicit written consent • Not share stories, images, or identifying details about clients on any platform 4. SOCIAL MEDIA AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS The Volunteer agrees to: • Not post any Confidential Information on social media platforms • Not represent or speak on behalf of the Organization without prior written authorization • Obtain written approval before sharing any Organization-related content publicly 5. DATA HANDLING The Volunteer agrees to: • Not access client records or databases unless specifically authorized to do so • Not store Confidential Information on personal devices • Return all materials containing Confidential Information upon completion of volunteer service 6. DURATION This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely, surviving the termination or completion of the volunteer relationship with the Organization. 7. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH Violation of this Agreement may result in: • Immediate termination of volunteer service • Legal action to enforce this Agreement • Other remedies available under applicable law By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with all terms of this Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.
